Demo or prototype units used for advertising or testing are covered by the same policy; ViewHawk is not responsible for any operational losses, crashes, or misuse.

Operational or demo data is retained only if authorised for support or warranty purposes, otherwise it is never stored by ViewHawk.

Customers operating UAVs outside New Zealand are solely responsible for compliance with all local aviation, data privacy, import/export, and regulatory requirements.

ViewHawk provides no guarantees or approvals for compliance in other jurisdictions.
