All ViewHawk systems are built to order. Each unit is assembled, configured, and rigorously tested in the order that confirmed orders are received, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability for every operator. Clients are notified at commencement of flight testing with an updated shipping dispatch date estimate.

Shipping Costs:

We have provided estimates to major ports worldwide but the exact shipping cost must be finalised and agreed prior to order placement.

Batteries: Batteries are shipped directly from the manufacturer, this limits the amount of Dangerous goods shipping costs for the operator and typically arrive before the completed UAV unit, allowing operators to prepare for immediate deployment once the aircraft arrives.

Estimated Dispatch:

From the notified production start date, the estimated dispatch time for a complete system is approximately six (6) weeks. Clients will receive updated shipping and tracking information upon system dispatch.

Payment:

Full payment is required prior to export from New Zealand. Units will only be released for shipping once payment is received and cleared.

Import Taxes and Duties:

All import taxes, customs duties, and other charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be settled in accordance with local regulations.

Test Flight Documentation:

Each unit is shipped with a flight-testing certificate and includes an SD card containing backup flight parameter files and a video of the unit’s final test flight, providing full operational verification and reference data for the operator.
