The X4 UAV series is built-to-order to meet the specific requirements of each customer. As such, refunds are not available once production has commenced.

Key Points:

Pre-Production Cancellations:

Customers may cancel an order prior to commencement of assembly or allocation of components.

In such cases, any deposits paid may be refunded less any administrative costs incurred.

Post-Production / Built Units:

Once the X4 unit has entered production or undergone testing, orders are non-refundable.

Customers may not return completed units for cash or credit for change of mind.

Warranty Exceptions:

Refunds are not a substitute for warranty coverage. Defects or failures due to manufacturing faults are handled under the ViewHawk Warranty Policy through repair or replacement of defective components.

Custom or Configured Units:

Fully customised units, including specific payload configurations or R&D modifications, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Order Confirmation:

Placing an order and paying a deposit constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of this Refund Policy.
