Repair Services:
ViewHawk systems are engineered for field-level maintainability, not forced factory dependency.
All major airframe, propulsion, and system components are available individually, allowing operators to source, replace, and service parts without returning the aircraft to the manufacturer.
The X4 platform is intentionally designed for modular disassembly and repair, enabling qualified operators and organisations to conduct their own maintenance, component replacement, and system servicing using standard tools and established procedures. This approach minimises downtime, reduces lifecycle cost, and ensures operational continuity in remote or time-critical environments.
Routine repairs, wear-and-tear component replacement, and damage resulting from operational use are expected to be completed by the operator or their nominated maintenance provider. ViewHawk does not mandate factory servicing for standard repairs.
Aircraft return to ViewHawk is required only in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect or warranty-related issue that cannot be resolved through component replacement or field servicing. In such cases, return authorisation and corrective action will be coordinated directly with the operator to minimise disruption.
This model reflects a deliberate departure from closed, consumer-style UAV ecosystems. This places the control, responsibility and capability back with the operator where it belongs.
